As used by top barbers to facilitate the optimum shave. Sourced and developed in Italy, this brush has pure bristles with the right balance between softness and resistance. It has the ability to generate a rich and creamy lather without too much aeration, and distribute it well. Before using the brush for the first time wash with soap and water and then rinse in clean water.
The brush is used in a circular motion to lift the beard away from the face, making it easier to cut. It will also help to remove dead skin cells to leave the skin soft and to help reduce in-growing hairs. Comes with its own stand to keep it dry and fresh and be used with shaving soap or cream. Generates a rich and creamy lather.
Also helps reduce in-growing hairs.
Also extremely important is a stand for the brush as the bristles should always dry down and not up to the handle. This is more hygienic and helps prevent the bristles falling out and brush to last many years.
Before using the brush for the first time wash with soap and water and then rinse in clean water. When you are ready to shave, immerse bristles in clean, warm water and shake off excess. Apply crème to wet brush or wet palm and start generating shave crème with brush.
Distribute the crème about the moistened area to be shaved working up a creamy lather in a circular motion. (You may need to use a little more shave crème with a new shaving brush.) Always rinse the brush in clean water after use and do not boil or soak.
For a really close shave use with Men-u Shave Crème. To do the best for your skin, after shaving and rinsing use Men-u Healthy Facial Wash, rinse and pat dry with a clean towel. Then apply Men-u Facial Moisturiser lift to complete the facial experience.
